Appointments

General Information

To make an appointment with a member of our clinical team, if you have internet access please use our new online patient triage system, otherwise call reception on 01323 490022 or come in a see us at our reception desk at the practice.

You can also book GP appointments using the NHS App and book Blood Tests, Asthma Reviews, Smear checks and NHS Health Checks online too.

We have a combination of face to face and telephone appointments available to be booked, subject to availability.

We also have the opportunity to book some (exclusions apply) appointments with our extended access team of clinical professionals. These clinicians work alongside us to provide care for our patients.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to keep an appointment. This will allow us time to use the slot for another patient and thus help reduce our waiting times for routine appointments.

Our phone lines are open to make appointments from 8.00am- 6.30pm and our reception desk is open 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday-Friday

Appointment confirmation and reminders: where we have a patient’s mobile phone number, we will send a text message confirming the appointment details. We will also send a text reminder of the appointment 24 hours before the appointment time. If a patient would prefer not to receive the texts, we will ensure they are not sent.

You can call 111 when you need medical help fast but it’s not a 999 emergency. When you call 111, a trained adviser will ask you questions to find out what’s wrong, give you medical advice and direct you to someone who can help you, like an out-of-hours doctor or a community nurse.
NHS 111 uses Type Talk for people who are hard of hearing and has interpreters available for callers who do not speak English.
You can call 111 from anywhere in England.
