FLU VACCINE – WALK-IN CLINIC 30TH NOVEMBER 2024

Are you 65 years of age or over?

Do you still require your flu vaccine?

If yes, please come to our Flu Vaccine Clinic to be held on Saturday 30^th November 2024 at Seaford Medical Practice.

This will be a walk-in clinic but patients will be advised of an allocated time slot to arrive by text.

Due to the high volume of attendance expected, the car park will only be available to Blue Badge/Disabled Badge holders.

Please note, this will be a busy clinic, so there may be a wait, but we will endeavour to get you through as quickly as possible.

No need to contact the Practice, please turn up at the time given in the text, when you receive it.
