A message from Dr Matt Jackson

I am writing to let you know that following a period of ill health, I have had to retire early from General Practice.

It has been a privilege to work in Seaford for the last 10 years, alongside a fantastic team of colleagues. I will miss caring for you all, however I know Seaford Medical Practice will continue to offer the highest standards of medical care.  

I will formally retire on 31st July 2024.  

The Practice will be welcoming Dr Rebecca Smith on 9th September, and she will be taking over my patient list. In between times, patient care will be provided by the rest of the team.
